• Promoting effective services to keep families together and prevent unnecessary out-of-home placement of children.
• Promoting effective services to successfully and safely reunite children with their families when out-of-home placement has occurred.

• Encouraging fathers to be involved with their children and thus ensure better outcomes for children.
• Linking research, tools, and training to more effective services for children and families.
• Partnering to make improvements with those who provide direct services to children and families in the child welfare, juvenile justice, mental health, behavioral health, and educational systems.
